These Terms of Use govern your use of Ex No Contact ("the app," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. Service description
Ex No Contact provides self-management tools intended to help users create boundaries, reduce impulsive communication, and temporarily block selected apps on their own devices.
2. Personal use
The app is intended for personal use on devices you control. You are responsible for your own choices, settings, and use of device-level permissions.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscription purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account.
- Pricing is shown in the app and in the App Store before purchase
- Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase
- Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's policies
4. No medical or emergency service
The app provides self-help and behavior-support tools only. It is not a medical device, mental health service, crisis service, or emergency response tool.
5. Availability
We may update, improve, or discontinue features from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to interfere with the app's normal operation
- Misrepresent ownership or distribution rights in the app
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
8. Privacy
Your use of the app is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
